Please support those in need

Friday, November 02, 2012

PepsiCo is extremely concerned about the communities and residents who have been so severely impacted by Sandy.  Many are in desperate need of assistance, and we applaud the first responders, countless volunteers and others who are working around the clock on behalf of their fellow citizens.  The recovery process will require a long-term commitment to these communities, and PepsiCo stands ready to do its part.

In advance of the storm, PepsiCo donated $500,000 to The American Red Cross and $250,000 to Feeding America, and we are providing an additional $100,000 grant to Save the Children for their Disaster Relief Fund.  We have also already donated and continue to deliver tens of thousands of cases of water, other beverages and food products to those most in need in the hardest hit areas across several states, including New Jersey, West Virginia and New York.

We encourage you to do everything possible to help those most affected by Sandy.  We urge you to visit the Red CrossFeeding America or Save The Children to donate.
