Zein Abdalla is president of PepsiCo, a global food and beverage leader with net revenues of more than $65 billion and a product portfolio that includes 22 brands that generate more than $1 billion each in annual retail sales. PepsiCo’s main businesses – Quaker, Tropicana, Gatorade, Frito-Lay and Pepsi-Cola – make hundreds of enjoyable foods and beverages that are loved throughout the world.

Abdalla assumed this role in September 2012 and oversees all of PepsiCo's global category groups (Global Beverages, Global Snacks and Global Nutrition), Global Operations (IT, Global Procurement, Supply Chain and Productivity), Global Marketing Services and Corporate Strategy. Working with the geographic business units, Abdalla’s team will drive innovation and brand building while significantly reducing the overall cost structure of the company.

Abdalla joined PepsiCo in 1995 and has served in a number of senior leadership positions during his time with the company. Most recently he was chief executive officer of PepsiCo Europe, responsible for PepsiCo’s food and beverage businesses in Continental Europe as well as the UK and sub-Sahara Africa, which together generated nearly $14 billion in revenues in 2011.

Prior to serving as CEO of PepsiCo Europe, Abdalla held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including general manager, Europe beverage business unit; general manager, Tropicana Europe; and Franchise vice president, Pakistan and the Gulf region. He also led the complete portfolio of PepsiCo businesses in Europe.

Before joining PepsiCo, Abdalla worked for Mars, Inc.

Saad Abdul-Latif is Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Asia, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Abdul-Latif assumed his current role in September 2008, and is responsible for PepsiCo’s Asia, Middle East and Africa sector – a business unit comprised of the company’s food and beverage businesses in the region, generating $7.4 billion in annual revenues in 2011 and spanning more than 90 countries and almost three-fourths of the world’s population.

A 30-year PepsiCo veteran, Mr. Abdul-Latif has held a wide range of international roles in the corporation's food and beverage businesses since joining the company in 1982. Among his roles, he has served as general manager for PepsiCo beverages in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan, area vice president for the Saudi Arabia and Gulf region, group vice president for Frito-Lay Middle East and general manager for the Middle East region.

Mr. Abdul-Latif is an active supporter of causes related to the Millennium Development Goals. He is the founder of PepsiCo’s Tomooh education program, of which the World Food Programme is a partner, and he has shepherded PepsiCo’s benefactor sponsorship of the Arab International Women’s Forum. He sits on the board of PlaNet Finance, an organization which fights poverty through the development of microfinance, and is the former chairperson of World Links–Arab Region, which leverages information and communication technology to educate youth in developing countries.

Mr. Abdul-Latif holds a Masters degree in international management (MIM) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona and a BA in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut.

Puma Whiteford joined PepsiCo in 2010. She is responsible for leading the company’s Global Procurement Function, including ensuring quality along the supply chain, robust commodity risk management practices, best in class productivity delivery and innovation via supplier partnerships and technologies. Her team manages the company’s multi-billion global purchase spend.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Puma Whiteford worked for United Airlines (UA), where she served as senior vice president, Chief Procurement Officer since 2007. She led the transformation of UA’s procurement organization to a global Strategic Sourcing function with an enterprise-wide scope. Puma Whiteford and her team delivered significant savings across the value chain, while effectively handling risk management through the jet fuel crises in 2008.

Before joining UA, she led key areas of Strategic Supply Management globally at Kraft Foods, including raw materials, packaging, indirect materials and services. Puma Whiteford rose to positions of increasing responsibility at Kraft from 1999 to 2007. She also worked in Strategic Supply Management at Motorola and Gillette.

Amin joined PepsiCo in 1995, and has served in a variety of positions, including vice president, Marketing, Pepsi-Cola International; senior vice president, Commercial Operations, Frito Lay International; senior vice president, New Platforms, PepsiCo; and chief marketing officer, PepsiCo International. Most recently, he was president, PepsiCo United Kingdom and Ireland, where he was responsible for snack foods (Walkers), breakfast cereals (Quaker), and fruit juices (Tropicana and Copella).

Before joining PepsiCo, Amin spent 10 years at Procter & Gamble, and held a variety of brand management positions working on hair care, paper, and food and beverage businesses in the U.S., Germany, Middle East and Asia.

Umran Beba is president, Asia Pacific Region, for PepsiCo. PepsiCo’s Asia-Pacific region, spans 25 markets, with approximately 4,400 direct employees of 27 nationalities, 70,000 indirect employees, and works with thousands of farmers.

Beba has held a wide range of roles since joining the company in 1994. Before assuming her current position, she was President of PepsiCo's South East Europe Region, covering 14 markets including Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Israel and the Balkans. Beba has also served as the Business Unit General Manager for East Mediterranean, comprising Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and Iraq and started her PepsiCo career at Frito-Lay in Turkey, where she held positions including Marketing Director, HR Director and ultimately General Manager.

Beba is a great supporter of all of PepsiCo's Performance with Purpose Sustainability areas. The Region is home to WaterHope, a collaborative social enterprise that aims to bring clean drinking water to one million Filipinos by 2015. The Region has also launched sustainable product initiatives in Australia, Thailand and the Philippines. Umran is also a dedicated advocate of diversity and inclusion.

Beba is based in Hong Kong.

Beck assumed this role in January 2011, and is responsible for leveraging the experience and capabilities of PepsiCo's supply chain organizations around the world, while driving critical initiatives across the company's Food and Beverage businesses. Among other responsibilities, he oversees the relationships between PepsiCo Global Operations and the company's Research & Development, Procurement and Marketing functions to build flexibility and efficiency into PepsiCo's manufacturing processes and product/packaging designs.

Beck joined PepsiCo in 1993, and has served in a variety of positions, including senior vice president, Operations, Frito-Lay North America; executive vice president, PepsiCo Chicago; and most recently as president, North America Functional Beverages, PepsiCo Americas Beverages. In this role, Beck led the Sales, Supply Chain and Operations organizations supporting the Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade businesses, and was a key player in driving Gatorade's sustainable growth.

Before joining PepsiCo, Beck spent 12 years at General Electric.

Neil Campbell is President of Tropicana Beverages North America, the beverage business that integrates all of PepsiCo's North American juice businesses into one operating unit.

Prior to being named Tropicana president in December 2007, Mr. Campbell had enjoyed an extensive 15-year PepsiCo career. He joined the Walkers marketing function in 1993 and held a variety of roles before moving to the Netherlands as Vice President - Marketing. He assumed leadership of the Walkers Marketing function in 1998, and then added expanded responsibilities to include Tropicana and Quaker in 2003.

In July 2005, Mr. Campbell stepped into the role of General Manager for Walkers and led the business through an incredibly challenging period. He is one of the U.K.'s most accomplished marketers, having co-owned the hugely impactful Gary Lineker advertising campaign, authored Walkers' push into evening snacking and championed Walkers Crisps' groundbreaking entry into healthier snacking and sustainability. Under Mr. Campbell's leadership, Walkers has become one of Britain's biggest grocery brands.

He is a graduate of Cambridge University where he studied law. He also holds a barrister at law qualification from the Middle Temple, which is responsible for the training and regulation of barristers in England and Wales.

Debra Crew is president of PepsiCo Americas Beverages. Debra joined PepsiCo in April 2010 as president of the Western Europe Region of PepsiCo Europe, based in Geneva, with responsibility for commercial and innovation planning across the company's Europe sector.

Previously she worked for Mars, Inc as General Manager, Petcare US from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that she held a series of management and leadership roles at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, from 2004 until 2008, and at Kraft Foods from 1997 to 2004.

She is based in Chicago.

Carey joined PepsiCo in 1981, and has served in a variety of positions, including director, Trade Development, Frito-Lay North America (FLNA); vice president, National Sales, FLNA; vice president/general manager, Foodservice, FLNA; division president, FLNA West; chief operating officer, FLNA; senior vice president, Sales, Pepsi-Cola North America (PCNA); senior vice president, Sales and Retailer Strategies, PCNA; chief operating officer, PepsiCo Beverages and Foods; president, PepsiCo Sales; and most recently as president and chief executive officer, FLNA. In this role, Carey was responsible for overseeing all of FLNA - the company’s most profitable operating division and largest North American business.

Before joining PepsiCo, Carey worked at Procter & Gamble.

Brian Cornell is chief executive officer of PepsiCo Americas Foods. PepsiCo’s main businesses – Quaker, Tropicana, Gatorade, Frito-Lay and Pepsi-Cola – make hundreds of enjoyable foods and beverages that are loved throughout the world.

Cornell assumed this role in March 2012. PepsiCo Americas Foods (PAF) has a food and snack portfolio that includes Frito-Lay North America, Quaker Foods and all of PepsiCo's Latin American food businesses including Sabritas and the Gamesa business in Mexico. PAF reported $24 billion in revenues in 2012, making it the largest sector of PepsiCo’s four business units. Cornell is also responsible for overseeing all PepsiCo customer teams and Power of One activities within the Americas.

Cornell has more than 30 years of experience in consumer products marketing and general management. Prior to his current position, he was president and CEO of Sam’s Club, a division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., where he also served as an executive vice president of the company. Previously, he was CEO of Michaels, the largest specialty retailer of arts and crafts in North America. He also served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Safeway, where he was responsible for the company’s marketing, merchandising, manufacturing and distribution operations.

Earlier in his career, Cornell held several general management positions at PepsiCo, including president of Tropicana, president of PepsiCo beverages for Europe and Africa, and president of PepsiCo North America Foodservice.

Dixon assumed this role in 2007, and is responsible for PepsiCo's Business + Information Solutions (BIS). BIS is the global function that delivers all information technology. He also owns the SAP enterprise business transformation initiative, a top strategic priority for the company. Dixon oversees more than 5,000 associates who support PepsiCo's diverse and complex business units, while fueling performance with business solutions that connect, innovate, transform and sustain PepsiCo's eco-system.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Dixon served as vice president, Global Business Services, Procter & Gamble (P&G), one of the world's largest shared services organizations. He founded the company's SAP Global Center of Expertise, which integrated multiple systems into a single SAP platform. He was also a five-year member of P&G's Global Business Council of top executives and diversity advisor to the chief executive officer.

Dixon is based in Plano, Texas.

President of PepsiCo UK, Ireland & South Africa

Richard Evans is the President of PepsiCo UK, Ireland and South Africa with a responsibility for over £2Bn in retail sales of iconic brands like Walkers, Quaker and Tropicana as well as Simba the leading snack brand in South Africa.

PepsiCo UK employs over 5500 people across 13 sites nationwide including the largest Walkers facility in Leicester, The Quaker Mill in Cupar, Scotland and the Copella juice site at Boxford Farm Suffolk. PepsiCo South Africa employs 1500 people in two principal sites in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

In January 2008 Richard Evans, became General Manager for Walkers Snack Foods UK the UK’s #2 food brand and was promoted into his current position in September of 2009.

His PepsiCo career began within marketing on carbonated beverages in the UK in 1990 and he has subsequently lived in 5 countries where he held both functional and General Management roles of increasing seniority across Europe, Africa, South Asia and the Middle East.

Stimulated by a keen interest in technology, Richard left PepsiCo in 2000 to take up the post of Chief Operating Officer within the dot-com space for an Internet Portal. Rejoining PepsiCo in 2004 as Commercial VP for South Asia, Middle East & Africa he was responsible for marketing, research and development, sales capability and commercial strategy for PepsiCo’s Food & Beverage businesses across the region.

Richard sits on the Executive Committee of the Food & Drink Federation, the leading trade body for the sector and is a member of the CBI Climate Change Board.

In this role, he completed a transformation program of its major appliance business -- fundamentally shifting the cost structure, reducing complexity, leveraging scale and establishing common processes. The initiative dramatically simplified the company’s product lines, from 10,000 different models to fewer than 5,000, while improving product quality.

Before this, Guimaraes spent 10 years at Philips Electronics, first as a regional marketing executive in Latin America and ultimately as senior vice president and head of global marketing management and general manager of the VidiWall LED display business. There he led a transformational effort to improve marketing effectiveness across Philips’ €32 billion global business, which included reshaping the brand architecture, advertising and marketing governance across all Philips businesses. In his last position at Philips, Guimaraes served as chief executive officer of Philips’ Lifestyle Incubator group, an innovation engine which created new businesses and developed them over several years -- from conception until ready to be transferred to business units.

Guimaraes also worked for leading CPG companies, including HP, P&G and Johnson & Johnson. He will be based in Geneva.

Brad was responsible for leading the marketing program which resulted in the largest entertainment launch in history, for the second consecutive year, accomplishing over $600 million in sales in four days for the Call of Duty game.

Jose Luis Prado is president, Quaker Foods and Snacks North America of PepsiCo. In its global portfolio of food and beverage brands, PepsiCo has 22 different brands that generate more than $1 billion each in annual retail sales. With net revenues of over $65 billion, PepsiCo’s main businesses also make hundreds of other enjoyable foods and beverages that are respected household names throughout the world.

Prado assumed this role in January 2011, and is responsible for the continued growth of Quaker-branded products globally. He also leads PepsiCo's global Baking Center of Excellence, which develops and supports baked projects companywide.

Prado joined PepsiCo in 1984 at Sabritas, and has served in a variety of positions, including president, Frito-Lay Snacks Caribbean; president, PepsiCo Snacks Argentina/Uruguay; area vice president, Frito-Lay International (FLI); and most recently as president, Gamesa-Quaker Mexico. In this role, Prado oversaw over $1 billion in sales and 15,000 employees. In addition, he led the integration of Quaker into FLI in Latin America as a result of PepsiCo's merger with the Quaker Oats Company. Prado also launched "Vive Saludable," a program that promotes healthy lifestyles for consumers and employees, in Mexico and throughout Latin America.

Before joining PepsiCo, Prado worked for Grupo Desc in Mexico, a subsidiary of Monsanto.

Larry Thompson is Executive Vice President, Government Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of PepsiCo. In its global portfolio of food and beverage brands, PepsiCo has 22 different brands that generate more than $1 billion each in annual retail sales. With net revenues of over $65 billion, PepsiCo’s main businesses also make hundreds of other enjoyable foods and beverages that are respected household names throughout the world.

Thompson will assume this role effective July 30, 2012 and be responsible for the company’s worldwide legal function and government affairs and public policy organizations. He will also oversee the company's global compliance function and the PepsiCo Foundation.

Prior to rejoining PepsiCo, Thompson served as the John A. Sibley Professor in Corporate and Business Law at the University of Georgia School of Law.

Thompson previously served as PepsiCo’s Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary from 2004 to 2011. During that time, he was responsible for PepsiCo's worldwide legal function, as well as its government affairs organization and The PepsiCo Foundation, the company's philanthropic arm.

Earlier in his career, Thompson served as a Senior Fellow with The Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C. His government career includes serving in the U.S. Department of Justice as Deputy Attorney General and leading the Department's National Security Coordination Council. Thompson was also appointed by President George W. Bush to lead the Corporate Fraud Task Force, where he led, among others, the government’s ongoing Enron investigation.

Previously, Thompson was a partner in the Atlanta, Ga., law firm of King & Spalding, where he practiced in the Antitrust and Litigation Departments. Thompson also served as the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, where he directed the Southern Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force and served on the Attorney General's Economic Crime Council. He was appointed Independent Counsel for the Department of Housing and Urban Development Investigation by the Special Panel of U.S. Circuit Court Judges appointed by the U.S. Supreme Court. He was also selected by the U.S. Congress to chair the Judicial Review Commission on Foreign Asset Control.

Thompson holds a Bachelor of Arts from Culver-Stockton College, a Master of Arts from Michigan State University, and a law degree from the University of Michigan.

Thompson has received several awards including the Edmund Jennings Randolph Award for outstanding contributions to the accomplishment of the Department of Justice's mission; Outstanding Litigator Award from the Federal Bar Association; and the A. T. Walden Award for outstanding accomplishments to the legal profession from the Gate City Bar Association.

Cynthia M. Trudell is executive vice president, Human Resources and chief HR officer of PepsiCo. Trudell assumed this role in February 2007 and is responsible for PepsiCo’s global Human Resources function. She oversees the company’s human capital management strategy, partnering with PepsiCo’s businesses around the world to develop the talent and leadership needed to foster innovation and drive sustainable growth. A key area of focus is harnessing PepsiCo’s capabilities and knowledge globally, while ensuring strong local teams who understand and meet the needs of the communities the company serves.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Trudell served as president of Sea Ray Group, a subsidiary of Brunswick Corporation, from 2001 to 2006. She previously worked for General Motors (GM) in the general management roles of vice president; chairman and president Saturn Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of GM; and president of IBC Vehicles, a joint venture between GM and Isuzu, in Luton, England. Earlier in her career with General Motors she held a variety of engineering and manufacturing supervisory roles, including plant manager at the Wilmington Car Assembly Center in Delaware. She began her career with the Ford Motor Co. as a chemical process engineer. Trudell served on the PepsiCo Board of Directors from 2000 to 2007 (when she resigned to accept her current position); the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce Board of Directors from 2005 to 2007; and the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group (PBG) Board of Directors from 2008 to 2010, prior to PBG’s merger with PepsiCo.

Olivier Weber is president of South America, Caribbean and Central America Foods, PepsiCo. Weber was named president of South America Foods in December 2007. This includes businesses in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Venezuela, among other key markets. In August 2011, he gained oversight of Central America and Caribbean, being responsible for PepsiCo's businesses in Guatemala, Panama, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, among others. Weber is accountable for the division's strategic direction and financial performance for the region, which includes salty snacks, cookies and crackers, and other foods businesses - encompassing approximately 30,000 associates, 37 plants and 211 distribution centers.

Weber joined PepsiCo in 1994 as director, Marketing for Gamesa, and has served in a variety of positions, including general manager position in Brazil & South Cone for Foods and Beverages; general manager, PepsiCo Venezuela; general manager, Frito-Lay, Dominican Republic and until lately president for the South America Foods division.

Before joining PepsiCo, Weber worked for Nestle in Switzerland and Chile.

Wilkinson reports to PepsiCo Chairman and CEO Indra K. Nooyi, leads the company's global communications team and works across the company to enhance and promote PepsiCo.

Wilkinson joined PepsiCo from Brunswick Group LLC, where he served as Managing Partner providing strategic counsel on global corporate mandates spanning international, corporate and financial communications, corporate reputation, investor relations, crisis management and litigation. Prior to Brunswick Group LLC, Wilkinson served as Chief of Staff for U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson, serving as Paulson's senior strategist and counselor, and working on matters of financial policy and crisis management.

Prior to his work for Treasury, Wilkinson served as Senior Advisor to U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, and in The White House as Deputy National Security Advisor for Communications with Rice. From 2002-2003, Wilkinson was Director of Strategic Communications for General Tommy R. Franks at U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), and from 2000-2001 served in The White House as Deputy Director of Communications. Wilkinson has extensive experience working with the U.S. Congress, and has served as an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserves. He has also taught communications and international relations at The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and the JHU graduate school of government.

Eugene joined PepsiCo in 1995 and since February 2011 serves as PepsiCo’s Region President for South East Europe and is a member of PepsiCo Europe’s executive Committee since 2005. In his current position he has responsibility for PepsiCo’s businesses [both foods & beverages] in 17 countries, amongst which Turkey.

Prior to his current assignment, Eugene was SVP Commercial for PepsiCo Europe, heading up the Marketing & Sales function across Europe for all lines of business after serving as GM for PepsiCo’s Northern European Business Unit. Eugene has also been a board member of the Dutch Grocery Manufacturers Association since 2000 and served as its Chairman from 2005-2006.

Eugene holds a BBA from Nijenrode University in the Netherlands, a MSc in Economics from the “VU University” in Amsterdam and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
