B4E Global Summit 2012

The goal of the B4E Global Summit 2012 was to discuss the role of business as an innovator and implementer of solutions for a sustainable world. The summit working groups will give specific recommendations and commitments from business for the United Nation’s Rio+20 conference in June 2012.

Ian Hope-Johnstone, the Director of Agricultural Sustainability at PepsiCo spoke on the “Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture” panel discussing sustainable land use, farming practices, and efficient supply chains.
