PURCHASE, N.Y., April 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- On April 29, Dancing With the Stars performer Maksim Chmerkovskiy will host the Propel Zero Just Dance Off, a live tournament using the popular Ubisoft game Just Dance 3.
The tournament, held at the historic El Capitan Theater in the heart of Hollywood, and home of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, is open to the public. Fans of Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Propel Zero are invited to attend this complimentary, family-friendly event from 2 to 5 p.m. Dance kiosks will be set up throughout the event space for attendees to compete or enjoy watching the performances.
Players can secure a spot in the Propel Zero Just Dance Off on a first-come, first-serve basis. The three finalists with the top Just Dance 3 game scores will enter the ultimate showdown, dancing with Maksim Chmerkovskiy and competing for prizes and a year's supply of Propel Zero. While viewing or participating in the dance competition, guests can stay hydrated by sampling Propel Zero's newest flavors, Cranberry Lime and Mandarin Orange.

Propel Zero launched a Facebook photo contest for fans to share their best dance moves and the entrant with the most votes has been awarded an all-expenses-paid trip for four to attend the Propel Zero Just Dance Off in Los Angeles. Winner Kristy Mauro, 27, is a teacher in Myrtle Beach and a triplet. She will participate in the event with her two sisters and a childhood friend.
Maksim Chmerkovskiy will host the dance-fueled event from a main stage while attendees compete against Just Dance at three game stations. Throughout the day, guests can visit hydration stations and enjoy complimentary Propel Zero. Jimmy Kimmel Live! personality, Guillermo Rodriguez, will be on-site to film a special segment with Maksim Chmerkovskiy, and additional celebrities will be in attendance.
