PepsiCo Mexico Foods ranked among top 10 'Super Companies - Places where everyone wants to work'

PepsiCo Mexico Foods was recently ranked No. 8 among 600 companies in leading business publication Expansión magazine's annual ranking of “Súper Empresas (Super Companies) -- Places where everyone wants to work."

The study analyzes and evaluates elements of organizational culture as perceived by employees, and is audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PepsiCo Mexico Foods, anonymous, confidential surveys were distributed to approximately 15,000 administrative and front line associates across the country, asking about their experience at PepsiCo. The company’s reported points of strength in the 2012 survey were motivation, tools for performance and benefits.

The achievement demonstrates the strength of the company, competing for the first year as PepsiCo Mexico Foods (in 2011, the Sabritas and Gamesa-Quaker brands participated individually in the survey). With more than 40,000 associates, PepsiCo Mexico Foods was the largest company ranked in the top 10 "Super Companies."
