PepsiCo Business + Information Solutions (BIS) was recently honored with the Team Excellence Award from the Help Desk Institute (HDI) for the PepsiCo Support Center’s exemplary work.
The award recognizes world-class support organizations that achieve the highest standards in customer support and service delivery. To win the award, PepsiCo was evaluated on both internal and external criteria related to people, process, procedures, technology and resources.
The PepsiCo Support Center’s strong issue-resolution rate, remote-access software and technical expertise placed the team ahead of other companies. The PepsiCo Support Center resolves over 75 percent of issues on the first call.

The PepsiCo Support Center is a two-time recipient of the award, honored first in 2008.
