PepsiCo Launches Debt-Free Education Program for Employees

New Program Provides Access to 100+ Flexible Education and Upskilling Programs and Builds on the Company’s pep+ Commitment to Provide Meaningful Growth Opportunities

PURCHASE, N.Y. (March 2, 2022) – Today, PepsiCo announces the launch of myeducation, a new debt-free education offering, which enables more than 100,000 frontline and professional U.S.-based associates to develop their capabilities and take their career in a new direction. Through myeducation, associates will have access to more than 100 flexible education and upskilling programs from highly reputable schools and universities. PepsiCo will cover 100% of tuition costs, books, and fees for a wide variety of education programs within the debt-free catalog, in addition to its established tuition reimbursement program.

  • Trade upskilling programs to gain new skills, such as obtaining a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for in-demand roles
  • Bootcamps and certificates in business-aligned areas that can be completed with a smaller time investment
