We’re creating a space
to be you.
We are on a journey from awareness to commitment to action. And we’re proud of the progress we’ve made in creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace for our associates. It’s an approach that extends to our business partners, communities and future generations.
But there is still much to do.
Read the PepsiCo DE&I Annual Report 2020 to see how far we’ve come and what we’ve committed to do in the future.
The ultimate objective is to become a company that's focused on equity and genuinely inclusive.
Chairman & CEO
Building a workforce that reflects the real world
PepsiCo has robust, long-standing processes for managing pay programs that ensure pay equity across employee groups. Building on this history, in 2016 we signed the White House Equal Pay Pledge, one of many ways we are using our voice to advance equity.
Opportunities for everyone
This is more than a place where you clock in and clock out. We’re making sure there are equal opportunities to grow and succeed within the walls of PepsiCo for people with disabilities, for veterans and for associates from underrepresented groups.
We’re investing in our communities around the world
Investing in our diverse suppliers, farmers and global communities is just as important — and rewarding — to us as the support we give our associates.
Our Racial Equality Journey
Achieving equity is more than a step. It’s an ongoing journey. At PepsiCo, we’re evaluating our recruitment, development and retention practices; reshaping the workplace culture to foster inclusion; and introducing mandatory unconscious bias training. It’s all about creating spaces where you can be you.
Let's keep the momentum going
A strong culture is a cornerstone of PepsiCo. Our PepsiCo Way behaviors ensure we foster a passionate culture of engagement that motivates employees to be their best and do their best work. One of our behaviors is to Voice Opinions Fearlessly, encouraging employees and employers to communicate openly and effectively.
