Creating impact
where it matters most

At PepsiCo, we are focused on helping communities thrive today and for the long term. Decades of Commitment.
Measurable Progress.

Since 1960, PepsiCo has worked to expand access to opportunities and essential resources in communities around the world. Over time, our focus has evolved and strengthened — from setting an ambitious safe water target in 2010 to formalizing broader goals in 2021 through PepsiCo Positive (pep+).

Today, that long-standing focus is reflected in measurable progress across farming, food access, safe water access, and workforce development.

A collective effort

Social impact at PepsiCo is not a standalone program. It is integrated into how we operate and grow. Across our company, teams work to help respond to local needs, support resilient communities, and create opportunities through initiatives connected to our business and values. By focusing on local solutions that can scale responsibly, we aim to make a meaningful difference around the world.

The PepsiCo Foundation

The PepsiCo Foundation is the company’s primary philanthropic arm. It supports communities through grants, partnerships, and programs that help address pressing community needs. The Foundation’s work complements PepsiCo’s broader social impact efforts and reflects a long‑standing focus on supporting people and communities globally.
