For the 20th consecutive year, PepsiCo has been named one of Ethisphere’s World’s Most Ethical Companies — recognizing its continued commitment to ethical leadership and responsible business practices across global operations.

“Twenty years of recognition from Ethisphere is a proud moment for PepsiCo, demonstrating our core belief in doing business the right way,” says Ramon Laguarta, Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo. “Our teams around the world live these values every day, and that commitment to integrity is what earns trust with our consumers, our customers, and the communities we serve, which ultimately drives lasting positive results.”

PepsiCo is one of six companies that has earned this honor 20 years in a row and the only global company in the Food, Beverage, and Agriculture category to do so.

For PepsiCo, being an ethical company means holding the business to high standards wherever it operates, from how food and drinks are made to how they show up in people’s lives. This recognition reflects the day‑day work of PepsiCo employees around the world who aim to help bring those standards to life in real ways, including through our sourcing practices and engagement with our customers and consumers.

This recognition honors organizations that consistently demonstrate strong ethical business practices, robust governance, and principled leadership. Earning this distinction for two decades underscores PepsiCo’s enduring commitment to doing what’s right and reflects the values that guide how the company operates every day.

The Ethisphere Institute evaluates organizations across five key areas: ethics and compliance programs, ethical culture, corporate responsibility, governance practices, and leadership and reputation. Their review is based on responses to a detailed questionnaire, supporting documents, follow-up discussions when needed, and independent research. For leadership and reputation, Ethisphere also examines publicly available information — such as filings, regulatory activity, and media coverage — to understand how organizations are perceived in terms of ethical conduct.

The recognition highlights not only PepsiCo’s long‑term focus on integrity and accountability, but also the everyday actions of associates around the world who bring these values to life.
