Marcelo Stefani is Executive Vice President, Global Chief Procurement Officer for PepsiCo.

Marcelo is responsible for bringing together critical capabilities that shape the company’s global footprint and supplier ecosystem. He is advancing a globally integrated operating model that leverages PepsiCo’s scale to drive efficiency, strengthen strategic partnerships, and unlock sustainable growth and value creation across the enterprise.

Since becoming Global Chief Procurement Officer in 2023, Marcelo has played a key role in transforming procurement into a unified global function—enhancing end-to-end capabilities, deepening supplier collaboration, and aligning the function closely with PepsiCo’s strategic priorities, including productivity, innovation, and sustainability.

Previously, Marcelo served as Senior Vice President and Market Supply Officer for PepsiCo Beverages North America, where he strengthened supplier partnerships, advanced the company’s sustainability agenda, and developed a strong, diverse pipeline of procurement and supply chain talent.

Marcelo brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience across procurement, supply chain, finance, and operations. Before joining PepsiCo, he held senior leadership roles at SC Johnson, where he was a member of the Executive Committee and led Supply Chain Strategy, including Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, and Network Optimization. Earlier in his career, he spent more than two decades at Unilever in senior positions across procurement, supply chain, logistics, and finance.

Marcelo holds a degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires and is a Certified Public Accountant. An Argentine American, he has lived and worked around the world and is currently based in Purchase, NY.
